The Anaheim Fire Department is looking at AlertCast from Actual Software
in St. Paul Minnesota. I used to have more contact information than
that, but I seem to have misplaced it.

Subject: [Web4lib] Commercial or open source emergency notification
software

Is anyone using, or has knowledge of, emergency notification software
that can send pre-recorded messages or text messages to mobile phones,
pagers, email accounts, or landline phones to notify interested parties
of emergency information (weather-related closings, local\national
emergency, etc)?
We're looking for a solution to notify a lot of people with a minimal
amount of effort. Any information is appreciated.
