[Web4lib] Question for php/asp programmers

That's certainly do-able. What does the database table structure look
like, and which database are you using?  Sounds like you want the
database to record which librarian has been assigned the question,
correct?.

Our library has an "Ask a Librarian" form. Information is submitted to
a an ASP form. This causes an email to be sent to an account. Then a PHP
script retrieves the result and dumps it in a database where the
librarians have to manually assign a question to themselves. Is it
possible to change this so that the librarian is automatically assigned
a question based on the time of day? For example any questions that are
submitted between noon and 2 pm are automatically assigned to "Ruth". 

How are other libraries assigning these questions to staff when they
come in? Thank you.
