Hi all,

My library is interested in online payment for library fines. I wonder if you can share some of your experience. I'm particularly interested in what e-commerce service you choose, how does it interact with your ILS to get patron fine info and update it afterwards, any tech and admin issues, costs, feedbacks from patron, etc..  Thanks a lot!
