Description:     For your listening pleasure - join us for an overview
of the Digital Music industry and a close look at two Digital Music
products created specifically for libraries.

Tim Lloyd,  of Classical International and Alexander Street Press, will
present an overview of the industry "Digital Music 101". Heather
Buettner, Marketing Manager of Naxos, will tell us about Music
publishers' viewpoints. There will be time for in depth demonstrations
of Naxos and Classical.com streaming music products and discussions.

       
Who Should Attend:       Librarians interested in expanding or enhancing
their music collections, and those interested in new types of services
to patrons via computer. Music librarians are also encouraged to attend.



Prerequisite: None 

Member Cost: $15 

Non-Member Cost: $20 

Morning refreshments will be provided; Lunch is on your own.
