Wiki to replace list of libraries with wireless?

D. Popeck of Lakewood Public Library, Lakewood, Ohio suggested off list
that I create a wiki where people could add their own listings. That
sounds like an excellent idea. I am tinkering with one on swiki.net.
Anyone have a free wiki service they already use and could recommend? I
would like to be able to set up a group of pages there where all a
library would need to do is fill in a form and hen click on a button to
create the entry. Would that be possible? I might even think about
moving all my current documents and links on my website over to a wiki.
Please get back to me ASAP on this as I want to proceed. This is also a
great way for me to learn about something new.
