The British Library's Secure Electronic Delivery service
(www.bl.uk/services/document/sed.htm) appears to just be using the DRM
features of Adobe Acrobat 6.1 and above to restrict the number of print
attempts (2) and successful print attempts (1)

Hello All!

We have a new "Act to amend the Copyright Act" in Canada (June 20, 2005).
( URL =
http://www.parl.gc.ca/PDF/38/1/parlbus/chambus/house/bills/government/C-60_1
.PDF

)

As a Library, we have now to restrict the printing to "only one copy" of
digital form documents, that are sent [as Inter-library Loan] (Bill
C-60, page 17).

Do you have suggestions of ways of How to do that with PDF? Maybe Open
Source?

For now, I found only 2 softwares (via http://www.planetpdf.com )

1) "PageRecall" from Authentica
http://www.authentica.com

2) "FileOpen"

Thanks in advance!
