[Web4lib] CSS Question: Lists and Floating Divs

Ah yes -- this is something I find most annoying! The content of a list 
does *not* include the bullets; you can accomodate the bullets by adding 
extra margin or padding space on the left side of the list, or add 
margin space to the left side of the list items.
