[Web4lib] Contribute training and support

[Pons, Lisa (ponslm)]

I am interested in finding out what kind of training libraries are providing
staff who use Contribute.Do you make distinction between those who have
previous web experience and those who dont? Do you offer the training, or
some other group?
 
Also, who supports these folks with questions ("I put in a link and it
doesnt work")...?
