[Web4lib] converting MP3 to streaming audio

Plenty of good suggestions already, but I did come across this awhile 
ago. Haven't used it but it seems very simple to set-up and allows some 
in-browser functionality. Also doesn't really require much be done on 
the server side. Looks like you can put artwork with the songs as well. 
I think there are quite a few flash based players out there though.
