[Web4lib] Web Site Management

Hi all,

I would like to know how web sites are being managed - do you have "web teams" and if so who is on them, are most sites being created by one person (webmaster/webmistress), etc.? Over the years, I've seen it done in a variety of ways and wanted to know what the current trends are and what has worked well or not.
