[Web4lib] VPN issues?

I'd be interested to hear from libraries that use VPN to authenticate users 
for remote access to licensed resources.

Does it serve you well, on a user level as well as a technical level?

Have you had reports of significant usability problems?

Any indication of user concerns over privacy (especially with a "full 
tunnel" VPN)?

Other issues?

Please reply directly to me, and if I get information that seems generally 
useful, I'll summarize it for the list.
