[Web4lib] simple (web?) app for organizing electronic resources?

Infomine (http://infomine.ucr.edu/) uses the open source iVia software 
(http://ivia.ucr.edu/) to do just that. I believe it includes a gui 
interface to add and describe web resources. There may also be others 
listed on http://oss4lib.org/projects/.
