[WEB4LIB] RE: Best terminology for OPAC searches?

We use the phrasing below in our basic and advanced searches:

Keyword(s) Anywhere
Keyword(s) in Title
Keyword(s) in Author
ISSN
ISBN 


It actually makes more sense if you look at our web opac at:

http://oswlib.library.oswego.edu:4600/F

Examples of each type of search are displayed when the type of search is
selected.  It is based on JavaScript code from various ALEPH500 sites such
as MIT and others.  I think the context of your web opac makes a difference
in the wording you use.
