[WEB4LIB] Connecting TV to computer?

Back in the early-90s, I ran the first large public access computing lab
(50 dual platform workstations, at Northwestern's medical campus) in which
television or video monitors were connected to the desktop computers. The
answer depends on the type of computer and their video output jacks. This
information can usually be found in the manual for the computer.
Sometimes, rather than a cable, you might need to buy an adapter from the
video-out jack on the CPU to RGB (for the video-in on the monitor or TV).
I usually bought these adaptors from Midwest Visual or United Visual, but
it has been about 6 years since I've been doing this so there might be
other good vendors by now. Compare prices! I tended to find Midwest
cheaper than the others, and very good to deal with.

Good luck!
