I saw PSPad referenced on a blog and have been using it for a couple of
weeks. It's awesome, completely free, and appears to meet all the
requirements specified by Mr. Spodick. As a bonus, it also integrates with
TopStyle Lite (or the licensed version), a CSS editor.
