MS Access Question

Good Morning,

I got this query to work but it still didn't solve my problem. I ended
up with over 5000 records to manually change. I want to get the query to
load the data, Bang! like Emeril Lagasse into the database. Here are a
few pitcures and a zip file to explain the issues.
