Question on log file(s) for Deep Freeze users

Thanks to everyone for the comments and suggestions - you have provided a couple possible solutions.  I especially appreciate all of Michael Sauers' comments and ideas, and Jayson Felty's suggestion to redirect all the files to a central server.
