I suspect that there is something deliberate on Google's part in the
paucity of the citation data that they display. Without full dates,
issns, volume, number, pagination, etc. (which are the elements that are
usually needed to create a link to the full text) it seems unlikely that
it will be possible to do anything but follow the link provided by
Google. Actually, the URL that Google provides may be the best source of
information.
