[WEB4LIB] Netscape 4.x and [media="all"]

Yes, it is "normal" behavior for Netscape 4 to ignore any style sheet link
containing media="all". Using this attribute is a great way to hide a style
sheet from NS4! If you make sure NS4 pays attention, use media="screen"
instead.
