[WEB4LIB] Preferred public email accounts

Bill,

We have a button on the browser called "Web Mail" that points patrons to
this URL:

http://www.emailaddresses.com/

This is a directory of most (if not all) free email services with
user guides, descriptions of services, etc.  This way it is left to
the patron to choose one that suits them.
