[WEB4LIB] Serials Solutions modifications?

Charles et al,

We have been using Serials Solutions for over a year and love it! We
link to their sever from http://library.bloomu.edu/serialssolutions/.

I don't know if they plan a system of direct linking to titles.
Endeavor's LinkFinder Plus will do this for a lot more bucks.

Since students have the incentive of getting that ONE article that is
they key to their paper, bringing them to the journal title contents or
even the database has not been a problem. A hidden advantage is that
they discover a database they hadn't thought of using.

Hi,
a new Serials Solutions Customer here looking to compare notes.
Feedback =
is very enthusiastic around here, though Im trying to establish a =
realistic expectation on any of the improvements that can be made re: =
linking down
to titles vs. just dumping users at the doorstep of
some databases.=20
Notes, experiences, methods for swapping in better canned urls to some
of =
Gale and Ebsco, for instance are welcome. Messages off-list are fine
too.
Is there an e-journals discussion list by chance?

Thanks
