Now that the Whale site has added "This website is not intended for readers
under 18 years of age, and is for entertainment purposes only.
None of the material in this website may be reproduced in any way, shape or
form in any other written publication or web site without prior written
permission from Lake Michigan Whale Watching," would it be a violation of
copyright to clone the first page without those words for purposes of
bibliographic instruction?

And wow, that cloning site is almost too good. Ellen, do you talk about
using 'common knowledge' when evaluating sites like Clones R Us?
