[WEB4LIB] Another court weighs in on ADA on the web

It may turn out that these rulings against the application of ADA to web
sites are legally "correct". But I'm placing my bets that in the long run,
the laws will be changed to require that web sites be ADA or otherwise
accessible. With the movement of so much information online, it's just a
matter of time before the laws catch up with technology. Hopefully, most
libraries will be ahead of the curve in providing accessible sites to our
users.
