[WEB4LIB] Migrating from Token Ring to Ethernet

Please disregard my previous message.  Turns out the computer guy is using a
fresh image to update ALL of the software apps at the same time that he is
switching the machines to Ethernet.  He just didn't tell us that he had
planned to do this.

It's very frustrating when one hand does not know what the other is doing.
