Internet Explore in Kiosk mode

I switched all my card catalog computers to Public Web Browser because I
could restrict the users from exiting out of IE. However this created
another problem. I have a small program that runs on all our computers that
issues a 5 minute warning and count down then "shuts down" the computer off.
The PWB was not letting the program do a "shut down". You had to manually
shut down PWB. Then I found switches for IE that puts IE in Kiosk mode.

Try: Start/Run/iexplore -k

I have put the following line in my network login script.
C:\Progra~1\Intern~1\iexplore.exe -k

This gets rid of toolbars, address bar, even the start button bar! The only
thing they can do is click. My shut down programs works with it. I
accomplish what I needed with PWB. The only way to exit IE is task manager
then 'End Task'. And if you are running Fortres they can't get do a
CTL-ALT-DEL to get to the task manager.

I also successfully have Microsoft SMS doing a Wake On Lan to start all of
patrons computers. This has really helped our staff. If anybody is
interested I can try to write documentation on how to do this.
