Eric Meyer's _Cascading Style Sheets: The Definitive Guide_ is wonderfully
comprehensive and includes a table showing CSS feature support by browser
version and platform.

Published in May 2000 by O'Reilly, it may not be as current as the Internet
resources previously cited, but it goes into considerable depth on why things
work (or don't) the way they do.
