DialogMonitor?

Please excuse the cross-postings.  

I am looking for anyone who is using or has tried to use DialogMonitor at
their location for Alert searches from Dialog.  If you have or are using
this product, could you please contact me off list at cruby at micron.com ?  We
are experimenting with it here and my IS person is asking if other people
have encountered some of the same issues we have.  If there is interest I
will post the results to the list.
