[WEB4LIB] Re: auto re-starting browsers on public terminals

Paul,

According to the site, this Auto-Restart is very similar to RunApp.exe from
MS.  Eric Holt will probably be the best person to describe the differences.
I haven't seen the problems you describe, but we've only been running it for
a few days.
