[WEB4LIB] academic library intranets

Users can access them off campus if they are a member of the college
community.  There is a separate college staff/faculty intranet  as well as
one for the entire college community.  The intranets are accessible via the
web in the same way all of us (at Morrisville) can use the Webmail version
of Outlook to check our e-mail from any computer.  Sure it is a form of
authentication.  I think that is good.
