[WEB4LIB] Novice question re PDF files opening in same window

Point to the link, right-click the mouse, you should see a number of
options, choose the one that says "Open in New Window" and voila!
If you are designing the page and want the link opening a new window
automatically, add the 'target="_blank"' attribute to the 'A HREF' tag.

I just *hate* it when PDF files open in the same window the link is in. Is 
there a setting I can use to get around that? I'm using Windows 2000.
