framework.

years, an increasing number of libraries have implemented a variety of
services that enhance patron access, use, and manipulation of digital
information accessible via the Web and other computing environments. In
this presentation, selected emerging ‘augmented’ library services
that facilitate utilization of digital resources will be profiled, as
will their associated technologies."
