The trouble is that Arial Unicode MS font is a licensed product. It comes
with certain Microsoft products and was offered for free download, but
Microsoft has explicitly withdrawn the download and points people who need
fonts to other font producers. Microsoft is explicitly saying that they
will not license fonts separately from an application to anyone for any
purpose <http://www.microsoft.com/permission/copyrgt/cop-soft.htm#Fonts>.
The Arial design is officially owned by AGFA-Monotype
(http://www.fonts.com/).

The best advice is therefore: don't download, distribute, or install Arial
Unicode MS font unless you own a product that comes with this font. You
must find an alternative or compromise.

The Arial Unicode font can be purchased
here: <http://www.myfonts.com/FontFamily394.html>.
