Times of London Online Archive?

I'm hoping some of you e-resources whizzes may know about this.  Recently
a rep from some company whose name I don't recall phoned me with an offer
to subscribe to a Web-based archive of the Times of London. I said, as
usual, that we don't have any money and left it at that.  Now there are
folks in my building looking at the cost of the microfilm and wanting more
info on an online subscription.

Does anyone know a vendor or vendors who offer(s) access via subscription
to The Times?
