[WEB4LIB] Disable address book

Perhaps by removing permissions to C:\Program Files\Outlook
Express\wab.exe?

Haven't tried this, but it seems like it should work.  There is a
Registry setting to turn off display of the Contacts window, but as you
say it doesn't prevent you from calling it up.
