Netscape 4.77 and CSS

There is a real problem with my test page when viewed in Netscape 4.77.  The
right hand div in the body displays all the way to the right.  Is there
anything I can do so it displays better and still use CSS that works for the
majority of my users (IE6.0 - 90% of them)?
I am making real progress with this design now.  I have gotten it work
satisfactorily in:

IE6
Mozilla 1.0
Netscape 6
Opera 6.04
K-meleon

It is broken (display wise) in Netscape 4.77.  I just tested it in that
browser.  I will attempt to fix it.
