comments wanted on CSS based page

I would like comments on the lay out and appearance of my new test page at:

http://library.morrisville.edu/indextest.html


I am not after comments on using Flash (please don't start that flame war
again, GRIN)
I am after how it looks in various browsers on various platforms.
I have removed all tables used for layout only.

I have tested it using Mozilla 1.0, Opera 6.04, and IE 6.

Any suggestions for improving the CSS coding would be of great value to me.

The border around the navigation and logo is just there so I can see the
boundaries of the div.
I will eventually remove it.
