2002) is devoted to "Establishing and Maintaining Live Online Reference
Service". The issue is written by Nancy Kalikow Maxwell.

The blurb on the ALA Web site reads: "Is your library ready to go live? An
overview of how to set up a live reference service, including reports on
products on the market, strategies for marketing and user authentication,
and case studies of different kinds of libraries, including consortia."
