Yep.  I have it installed both here at work and at home.  Seems to be one of
the better spyware detectors and it's free.  It scans the registry as well
as the local file system, and has a "ReferenceFile" update system similar to
virus scanners (i.e. drop in a new reference file and it detects more/new
spyware).

We haven't used it on any of our OPACs, nor have we rolled it out to staff
in general, but a few other IT staff have installed it on their
workstations.
