    But wouldn't there be costs for increasing the storage space on one or more
servers along with increased costs for bandwidth? Don't get me wrong, I think
your idea is a good one, but I think there could be some significant costs. Not
millions of course, but I think there could be a problem. For instance, a web
developer puts up a really good homework help site on a subdomain of a library.
And people like it... Really like it.... And your net connection goes gaga
because it's handling more bandwidth than ever before...
    Or have I misunderstood and you're specifying for local access (within the
library) only? Either way, I think it's a marvelous idea! But I always raise an
eyebrow when someone tells me that something to do with computers will cost next
to nothing...
