I would like to hear from others who provide foreign language support
for their public access Internet (and word processing etc.) stations.

I'm particularly interested in web-based e-mail for our foreign visitors.

What languages do you support? How do you handle keyboard emulation? What
OS do you use? What pitfalls exist?
