Online manuals for Internet reference

For an upcoming column for American Libraries, I'm seeking examples of
online manuals (published on Web sites, for example) written for
librarians about using the Internet for reference--either virtual
reference or, well, analog reference.

I need these examples by Friday, September 26, 5 p.m. Pacific Time.  If
you provide an example, please include your name, library or
organization, and city/state or country.
