[WEB4LIB] non-standard port numbers

Our WebPAC is a Java based WebPAC which requires port 5050 to load and
run the Java applet.  Any firewall that has that disabled cannot access
our catalog.

I am not familiar with the other ports, so I cannot speak to them.
