Ummm.  Hasn't the Librarian's Index to the Internet (www.lii.org) been doing
this for some time?  They do cobranding and are moving into MARC records.
Why would OCLC duplicate?  Unless they mean to get big and powerful and
shove the LII out of business (God forbid!)

Why does OCLC need to reinvent what is already being done so well?
