"Cataloging Internet Resources Using MARC & AACR2" Live Demonstration
Presented by Erik Jul, Executive Director, OCLC Institute

The OCLC Institute cordially invites you to a FREE live demonstration and
discussion of the new Web-based course "Cataloging Internet Resources Using
MARC & AACR2," taking place right at your desk!  If you want to expand your
cataloging expertise to provide improved description and access to selected
Internet resources using library standards and practices, this demonstration
will be helpful.

We will use PlaceWare Conference Center 2000 to provide a virtual tour of
the course, which is the first in a series of Online Library Learning
Web-based courses being offered by the OCLC Institute.  From your desk,
using a Web browser,  you will be able to view selected lessons and interact
with Erik.  All you need is an Internet connection and a phone!

This demonstration is available two times (choose one):

	Session I - Thursday, March 22, 2001, 12:00 p.m. ?12:30 p.m. EST

	Session II - Thursday, March 22, 2001, 3:00 p.m. ? 3:30 p.m. EST

Participation is limited to 23 people per session.
