Problems printing with OCS and Windows 2000

We have 12 Windows NT workstations, which we would like to convert to
Windows 2000...

We use OCS (Output Control Systems) to manage our pay-for-printing
system. It worked fine with NT, but under Windows 2000, the form where
the user inputs their name, etc. never shows up no matter what I do. (The
job
still gets sent to the print queue and the print vend station, but only
under
the name of the user logged into the computer--a "generic" name that all
of our public access workstations share).

I have sent e-mail to both OCS and our local vendor; so far, I haven't got
any solutions from them.

Has anyone else here had this sort of problem with Win2000 and OCS?

Thanks in advance
