flash image on our home page

I have gotten the question from several as to why I have javascript to force
the page to load full screen.  That is so it will load full screen on our
public computers in the library.  It is a temporary solution until I can
figure out another way to get the browser to always load it full screen our
public machines.  Any ideas?  They are Win98 machines.
