Web Conferencing Tools

Does anyone on this list have experience implementing web conferencing tools
such as WebEx or Placeware? 

I'm interested in getting recommendations for which vendors are best and
feedback on any shortcomings of the product you've implemented.  Issues such
as cross-platform performance (Win-to-Mac connections particularly) and VoIP
capabilities are of particular interest.
