No one has mentioned HTMLed, shareware from Internet Software Technologies at
http://www.ist.ca/htmled.html

I have used it for several years and even used for teaching HTML in classes. Although I have to confess that I use Vi  more and more as it gets easier with time and is quick and idrect, especially when combined with the copy, paste and highlight features of SSH Secure Shell Cient.
