Attachments are now stripped

I like plain text.

HTML has its place:  on web pages. 

I get the web4lib list in digest form.  This means that the encoded
attachments were embedded into the digest and I had to scroll past the
source code for all these winmail.dat, html, and other types of
attachments. 

I am still seeing working hyperlinks in messages, so I know that these
are not being stripped out.
