[WEB4LIB] TeamSoft - easy to visit?

Our new FDA watchdog tells me this is a site that I can not visit without
special permission.  

Anyone know why?

I guess one could think "TeamSoft" is suggestive, but they might think that
everything is suggestive.  
Isn't that special.
